Gen Byrd Turner is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who joined the practice in 2023, having previously worked in Neurology and having graduated from AT Still university in AZ. She evaluates and treats patients with a large spectrum of neurological disorders which include dementia, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies, strokes and headaches.
Yumi Jono is a Nurse Practitioner who joined the practice in 2019 having graduated from The University of Maryland. She has worked as a Registered Nurse for nine years in an acute care setting prior to joining the practice, having been recognized for her professionalism throughout her career. She evaluates patients with a large spectrum of neurological disorders which include dementia, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies, strokes and headaches. She has a particular interest in diagnosis and treatments of dementia.
We advise you to wear masks, this is not mandated though unless you have a cough or fever.
Patient rooms, door handles, desk surfaces, and other highly touched surfaces will be wiped down regularly, including after each patient visit, with antiviral/antibacterial wipes.
Patients who arrive early for their appointments may be asked to wait in the car until a room becomes available.
There is a mandatory 2 week waiting period if either you or any family member has tested positive for COVID 19 for in office visits.
If a patient or any family member has been to the ER or admitted to the hospital. Please inform the staff over the phone if you or a family member have been to the ER or were discharged from the hospital in the last two weeks. Immediate needs will be addressed via a Virtual Visit. The green can be deleted and red added.
